● What is NtDDS (New Transdermal Direct Delivery System)?
Our independently developed nano-dispersed transdermal delivery system is a technology that encapsulates water-soluble and polymeric ingredients in nano-capsules within an oil layer. It allows ingredients to be delivered deeper into the skin (stratum corneum) by nano-dispersion, reaching every corner of the stratum corneum. The skin's surface is highly hydrophobic to protect it from dryness and external stimuli, making it difficult for water-soluble ingredients to penetrate. However, with the nano-dispersed transdermal delivery system developed with NtDDS, water-soluble ingredients are covered with nano-sized capsules and emulsified in jojoba oil, giving them an affinity with the hydrophobic skin surface, thereby achieving excellent permeability and stability.
