・NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)

NMN, or β-Nicotinamide mononucleotide, is a metabolite of niacin (vitamin B3). It is a type of vitamin B3 compound found in breast milk, edamame, broccoli, and avocados. It is believed that by supplementing niacin through food, it is converted into NMN in the body, creating a coenzyme that activates sirtuin genes. By activating sirtuin genes, signals are sent to various functions throughout the body.
